Consistency at volume comes from a few sharp rules built into the root, not a hundred-page guideline nobody reads.

A flock of starlings makes one of the most complex shapes in nature. Thousands of birds, moving like one mind. The rules behind it fit on an index card. Stay close to your neighbor. Match their speed. Don't collide. Three rules. The pattern comes from the interaction, not the instructions.

Your brand works the same way, and you've probably been told the opposite.

Somewhere there's a brand book. Forty pages, maybe a hundred and twenty. Color logic, voice notes, dos and don'ts, an appendix nobody reaches. It was expensive and it's thorough and it does almost nothing, because the longer it gets, the less of it anyone applies. A thick guideline doesn't produce consistency. It produces meetings about what the guideline meant.
